The Magnificent Prayers
of
St. Bridget of Sweden

Based on the Passion and Death of
Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ

To be recited every day of the year as a means of honoring (during one year's recital) each of the wounds received by Our Blessed Lord during his Bitter Passion.
The Magnificent Prayers were copied from The Revelations of St. Bridget. A book printed in Toulouse in 1740 and published by Father Adrien Parvilliers of the Society of Jesus, Missionary Apostolic of the Holy Land, with the approbation, permission and recommendation to spread the devotion.

Pray all 15 prayers, either in one sitting or throughout the day.

If daily recitation seems overwhelming, then consider reserving time on Friday

What a wonderful way to spend time with our Lord during Eucharistic Adoration!

The Our Father

Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name.  Thy kingdom come.  Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.

The Hail Mary

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.  Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.  Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen
